Half day, in person session

•  Review mission and vision statements
• A focused conversation on organizational structure and needs of YRPC’s partner organizations
• SWOT Analysis of the First Strategic Plan and accomplishments to date
• Participants will be members of the YRPC Board of Directors, a representative of the Shell Lake – Yellow River Farmer Led Council will be invited, and other interested stakeholders.
